Sascha Schlosser becomes Managing Director at DIGIMONDO

Since November 1, 2021, the marketing and sales expert has been strengthening the IoT software specialist from Hamburg.

Sascha Schlosser has been appointed Managing Director of DIGIMONDO GmbH in the role of Chief Market Officer (CMO) on November 1, 2021. The Hamburg-based IoT service provider is thus expanding its management team to a quartet. Together with Christopher Rath (CEO), Marcus Walena (CTO) and Dr. Dennis Kolberg (CPO), Schlosser intends to lead the company into a new era with his colleagues. "The omens are favorable," says Schlosser. "We are a powerful team, have a unique product with the niota IoT platform, and are in a very favorable market phase, because the digitization train is just really picking up speed."

Sascha Schlosser enjoys a reputation as an excellent subject matter expert in the energy, IT and IoT world. At the same time, he is known as an enthusiastic and inspiring sales professional, innovator and change agent. At the metering service provider co.met GmbH in Saarbrücken, he played a key role in setting up the smart metering business unit. At ZENNER International GmbH & Co. KG in Saarbrücken, he developed and implemented the cross-company digitization strategy. This also included setting up the "IoT & Digital Solutions" business unit. Most recently, as Managing Director at the Cologne-based SIG Media Group, he dedicated himself to the digitization and realignment of technical communication in the IoT market in various strategy and consulting projects. In the course of a project with DIGIMONDO, the idea arose to join the Hamburg-based IoT software specialist and take on responsibility there.

Even before his official start at DIGIMONDO, the 43-year-old initiated and carried out a market study to reposition the company and a comprehensive brand relaunch - including new claims and logos. This means that important tracks have been built and points have been set on which Schlosser, as the locomotive, is to steer the DIGIMONDO train into the future.
