Digimondo GmbH is laying the groundwork in terms of personnel, structure and organisation for its emerging strong growth. The IoT software specialist plans to fill around a dozen new positions in various areas of activity by the end of Q2. One central position has already been clear since the beginning of this year: as Senior Manager Business Development & Sales Operations, Marisa Eichberger is responsible for installing expanded structures and processes at Digimondo that sustainably meet the organisational requirements of the dynamic development in the digitalisation market.
"The start-up time is over, now the trainers are being exchanged for leather shoes," Dr. Sebastian Kerz had said at the celebration of Digimondo's fifth anniversary at the end of October 2021. Currently, the demand of the Managing Director is being put into practice at the Digimondo investor regiocom SE. This includes the recently launched recruiting offensive to strengthen the personnel power especially in sales, but also in software development as well as product and project management. „Company growth needs a vision and organisational guardrails“
With Marisa Eichberger, a key position has already been filled. "Marisa brings international corporate experience with a focus on operations," emphasises Sascha Schlosser, Managing Director and Chief Market Officer at Digimondo since 1 November 2021. "With her expertise and routine, she will be crucial in helping to build up the expanded structures and processes at Digimondo. Because company growth needs organisational guard rails in addition to vision and enthusiasm, so that project volumes remain manageable and the increasingly complex and division of labour processes run effectively on a day-to-day basis."
Marisa Eichberger is enthusiastic about her new job: "It is extremely exciting for me to be able to help shape the growth and maturation process at the still young company Digimondo. The Digimondo team has welcomed me with open arms. I also really like the future-oriented topic of IoT. Working in this simultaneously friendly and dynamic environment is great fun for me in every respect."
IoT-specialist wants to profit from the change in the market
"With the acquisition of some major customers and new multipliers at the end of last year, an important entrepreneurial prerequisite was created to be able to bring the entire organisation at Digimondo to the next level," Schlosser outlines the situation. "The currently emerging consolidation in the IoT market and the parallel favourable development of the market situation in the area of energy, mobility and climate change require us to set a clear and systematic course in the strategic orientation of the company. We are tackling these tasks with a lot of momentum and drive."
