Cloud-Infrastructure-Engineer/DevOps (m/w/d)

Your tasks

As part of DIGIMONDO's R&D team, you will develop the next generation of IoT technologies. We are revolutionising the way billions of objects connect, come to life and interact with users, systems and each other.

  • You work closely with customers to design cloud-based technical architectures, migration approaches and application optimisations.
  • You will be a technical advisor and perform troubleshooting to solve technical challenges for customers.
  • You create and deliver best practices, recommendations, tutorials, blog articles and sample code.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide technical advice to customers implementing our niota software. This includes providing best practices for secure cloud deployments, automated infrastructure and application deployment, cloud-enabled application architectures, and more.

You will also write documentation to ensure that our customers can fully utilise niota to their complete satisfaction and write best practices for migrations, deployments, updates and maintenance of applications in DIGIMONDO's software. You will also work closely with product management and product development to improve the quality of niota's products and features.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience designing, building and deploying scalable cloud-based solution architectures.
  • Experience writing software in one or more languages, such as JavaScript, Elixir or similar languages
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to an audience

Beneficial

  • Experience with automating infrastructure provisioning, DevOps and continuous integration/delivery
  • Experience with standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, data protection, encryption, certificate and key management
  • Knowledge of containerisation and container orchestration technologies such as Docker
