Background

In an increasingly data-driven energy world, there is a demand for integrated systems where hardware, software, and services work together seamlessly. To expand this value proposition, Janitza acquired a majority stake in Digimondo GmbH in July 2025.

The Digimondo platform niotix is the ideal complement to Janitza's GridVis® network visualization software: While GridVis analyzes measurement data, evaluates energy flows, and identifies energy-saving potential, niotix focuses on the integration and visualization of a wide range of IoT data sources – from electricity and water to gas and heat. Combining both solutions creates a holistic view of all energy data.

Even as part of the Janitza Group, Digimondo remains consistently manufacturer-independent. Our niotix platform bundles energy data from a wide variety of sources and devices – regardless of the manufacturer. Customers continue to benefit from maximum flexibility when choosing their hardware and technologies.
